Most Memorable Shooting Moment

Difficult choice between competing in tie shoot to win Prince of Wales Trophy at Bisley, setting Range Record at Blair Atholl in 2001 or shooting 100.13 at 1200 yards in club shoot at Corryong.

 

Winning Strategy

Put the bulls eyes on my own target and shoot a V-Bull for first sighter in a tied shoot.

Possibles don’t come easy especially at 1200 – so celebrate everyone

Ancestry

8th generation Australian from English/Scottish Stock. Descended from the Australian “Aristocracy” being the Great Great Great Great Great Grandchild of Anthony Rope and Elizabeth Pulley who arrived in Australia on the First Fleet courtesy of ‘His Majesty’s Pleasure’. Convicted of stealing 35 shillings (Rope) and 10 pounds cheese and 2 rolls of cloth (Pulley). They have the unique honour of having conceived the first white child on Australian soil.
